Parks, playgrounds, supermarkets, close to the Danube canal, and U3 station "Schlachthausgasse" is walking distance. Right in front of the Towers is a big and new built Supermarket. The Danube canal is perfect for a walk or for running. The famous Prater is about 10 min per foot and very nice as well. The whole area is new built and very clean.
