My home is located on the 3rd floor of a historical but nicely restored building with a new lift.
It features a spacious living room & dining area adjacent to a fully equipped open concept kitchen, two full bathrooms and two double bedrooms.
The living room is a bright space with 2 small balconies facing the street. It features a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV. This is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing.
In the adjacent fully equipped open concept kitchen, you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a meal: kitchenware, tableware, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
In both bedrooms there is a comfy king-sized bed (150x190 cm) to ensure a good night's rest and has also 2 bathrooms with shower.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided.
Bath amenities like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer are provided.
The WiFi High-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.
The apartment is also provided with air conditioning / heating splits, iron and ironing board.
