This apartment is located in our beautiful Art Nouveau apartment house and is therefore particularly centrally located (only 600m to the pedestrian zone; 25m to the main railway and bus station; 100m to the bakery and supermarket) and yet quiet. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a small dining area and kitchenette, daylight bathroom, a combined living/working and sleeping area, as well as its own terrace with a quiet garden location. The flat is equipped with a large queensize box-spring bed (160 cm wide).
