In the garden of a single-family house, you will find our modern cube with a splendid view of the lake directly across from the Herrschinger Promenade. Our extension, with 96m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a 1.40m wide bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a small shower room. Upstairs, there is a large room (36 m²) for living, dining, and cooking with access to the terrace.
Access to the house is through the garden. The terrace, barbecue area, and lawn can be freely used. A covered parking space for bicycles is available
