The apartment is on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a very well-kept and quiet 11-family house in a privileged location on the outskirts of Ansbach. The apartment has a balcony and a private parking space. The decor is very attractive, high quality and complete. The new and fully equipped fitted kitchen also fulfills all wishes. It is about 2 km to the city center, about 5 minutes to the bus station and about 700 m to the shopping center with all important shops.
