The location is very safe and you have everything close like Shopping Center-Almada Forum, hospitals, medical centers, little shops,restaurants,coffee places,pharmacy and all universities in Lisbon and Almada, in this location you can find everything. You will have access to kitchen common area, common bathroom, wifi-internet, desk in the room, washing machine, wardrobe, and all expenses are included in the price . The caution deposit is the same value as a one month rent. Its very easy and fast to go to any university of Lisbon and Almada from the apartment location.
