A house above the house with an 80 sqm roof terrace and a view over the rooftops into the greenery. The furnished penthouse on the outskirts of Magdeburg offers special comfort, views and freedom. The town of Barleben (10 minutes from Magdeburg city center) is known for its excellent transport links to the A2 & A14.
With a size of 105 sqm and open, light-flooded rooms, the apartment offers a special and inviting flair.
It is equipped with a Smart TV with all accesses for Netflix and Co. The large living area with additional sleeping function (1.40 m) offers enough space and comfort for cozy hours. The living room with parquet flooring also has a large dining table with a total of 6 chairs. Like the bedroom and the kitchen, the living room offers direct access to the large roof terrace. This is equipped with a large lounge area, 2 adjustable recliners and a large gas barbecue.
Blackout curtains offer protection from the sun and darken the room if required. The new triple-glazed windows offer peace and quiet as well as protection from the weather.
Both bedrooms have storage space for linen and clothes. The larger of the two rooms also has an open closet with tubular systems from Pamo. For the best sleeping comfort, we have installed high-quality beds from Emma One. The large bedroom has a 1.8-meter-wide bed with a bed base and an Emma One Premium mattress. In the smaller room there is an Emma One sofa bed, which offers the same comfort as a normal bed.
The bathroom has a shower and bath, a bathroom block for storing cosmetics and a washing machine. Towels can be dried on the towel rail. The mirror above the washbasin has separate lighting with a bright light color.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and can be supplemented on request with items that our guests would like. Just get in touch with us if required.
The standard equipment includes an initial supply of spices, coffee, filter papers and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a stove with oven and ceramic hob as well as a fridge-freezer.
Location:
The penthouse apartment is located on the roof of a quiet apartment building in the middle of a central and tranquil residential area. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a post office, etc. can be reached in less than 3 minutes by car. Free parking is available in front of the building and in the neighboring streets.
Access for guests:
On arrival, we welcome our guests personally, show them around the apartment and answer any questions they may have.
